At DabbeWalee, we pride ourselves on efficient and reliable delivery of your premium hydration and storage solutions. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.
- Shipping Areas
We currently deliver across all serviceable locations within India.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation and successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically 5-7 business days for most major cities. For remote locations, delivery might take up to 10-12 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical challenges faced by courier partners.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain value. Any such offer will be prominently displayed on our website.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at contact@dabbewalee.com or call 90903 62121. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and provide you with an update.
Lost in Transit: In the rare event that your order is confirmed lost by our courier partner, we will either send a replacement order or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. DabbeWalee will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges for re-delivery due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
Receipt of Damaged Package: If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from the courier. Immediately inform us at contact@dabbewalee.com or 90903 62121 with photos of the package. If you discover damage after opening, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for damaged products.
